Carl Fires His Big Guns

Carl big guns may be the difference.

My good friend Roger Slack of Lowe's Motor Speedway thinks he knows why Carl Edwards is winning so often, the difference may be manpower and not horsepower. Roger contends that Carl's strength training and bodybuilder physique could be a key to his winning so often. At the conclusion of most races a lot of the competitors are truly worn out, they look and sound exhausted. Not Carl, Carl literally hops out of the car and does back flips.

Could some of the other drivers be falling out of the seat as the wrestle with their winged machines? This is a sport where you add up small advantages to make a difference, at the end of the day Carls trainer may be as important as Carl's crew chief.
